MABUHAYTECH was established in Manila, Philippines, as a local corporation. The company aimed at advertising production and system development utilizing AI technology, building the foundation for global expansion.

An office was opened at Unit 10-A Cyber One Condominium Office, Eastwood Cyber Park (Quezon City), officially commencing full-scale business operations.

Recruitment of engineers, designers, and administrative staff commenced to strengthen the company's organizational structure.

Research and development began on AI-based advertising photography. By leveraging image generation technology, the company built a foundation for innovative advertising solutions.

Sales of the AI image generation service "Photo AI" commenced in Japan, expanding the client base primarily within the apparel and e-commerce industries.

A business alliance was formed with the Japanese AI startup "Beyond AI, Inc." Subsequently, full-scale joint research and service development utilizing advanced AI technologies commenced.
